Food and water for wildlife

This activity will help students learn about supplying water and the right food for a variety of wildlife, to encourage them to your grounds. It could be completed as part of a science topic about life processes or food chains.

It’s important to keep bird feeders, bird tables and bird baths clean, especially when welcoming wildlife into an area. Wash them regularly to keep the birds that use them healthy.

Choose the animal or bird that you’d like to feed.

Research the types of food they like.
