We also have Blue Badge spaces next to the hide for visitors unable to travel the 800 m (0.5 mile) from main car park.
No height restrictions. No lighting. No overnight parking or camping.
Our single, ground level toilet room with hand washing and baby changing facilities is open daily.
Access is via a flat flagged floor in thevisitor centre, immediately adjacent to entrance.
The toilet has rails and emergency alarm cord.

Our snug visitor centre is known as the Solway Wetlands Centre as it is an excellent information hub for both Campfiled Marsh and the Solway Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Our picnic area is located in the Discovery Zone, opposite the visitor centre, next to the car park.

On your way in, marked roadside lay-bys provide stunning views over the Solway with high tide roosts attracting thousands of waders.
We have three hides and several viewing screens providing spectacular views across the varied habitats of the reserve.
A petite Information Barn on the opposite side of the reserve gives panoramic views back across Campfield Marsh and beyond.
Guided Walks
Our reserve boasts a number of signposted trails to help you explore this amazing landscape and the wildlife that calls it home.
A half-mile (800 m) flat surfaced track leads from the car park to the hide. A 1.5 mile (2.5 km) circular path continues through the farmland, past ponds, hedgerows and fields.
A 2.5 mile (4 km) loop goes over the wide open landscape of the peat bog on boardwalk.
We are able to offer some self-guided educational activities such as pond dipping.

Our Discovery Zone is open and very popular with families, offering a variety of natural play and self-led opportunities.
It is located opposite the visitor centre, a short walk from the car park.
There is no cafe on-site, but we have self-service hot drinks available in the visitor centre.
You are also welcome to bring a picnic with you to enjoy on your visit, see 'picnic area' details.

BBQs are a fire risk, endangering other people and the precious wildlife and habitats here. They are not permitted on the reserve at any time.
Restrictions
Dogs welcome at all times, but must remain on public rights of way and under close control. The reserve is managed as a safe home for breeding birds, so please keep dogs on a lead at all times.
This nature reserve is an important place for wildlife.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all parts of the reserve.
