Three benches (one with a back) along the nature trails.
One trail of 1 mile (1.5 km) that joins with the Mawddach trail to form a circular route. Rough Tarmac/compacted earth/compacted stone surface. One kissing gate (not managed by RSPB). From the car park follow the minor road back towards the main road. The reserve entrance is on the left. Information boards in large print. There are grazing ponies on site.

BBQs are a fire risk, endangering other people and the precious wildlife and habitats here. They are not permitted on the reserve at any time.
There is no visitor centre here and this reserve does not have any staff on site.
There is no cafe or shop here, the nearest place for food and drinks is in Barmouth, 2 miles (3 km) away. We recommend you bring your own food and drinks if this is likely to affect your visit.

Dogs are allowed but must be kept under close control.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all parts of the reserve.
