Together we can Protect our Birds, Defend our Nature.

With more than 30 million birds having vanished from UK skies since the 1960s, you might have noticed that the natural world is a quieter and less colourful place than it used to be.

If you’ve ever seen a comical Puffin waddling across the path with a beak full of fish, you might be surprised to know that they are now on the Red List of birds that are in the most need of urgent conservation action in the UK.

Perhaps you have chattering sparrows in a bush near you. But have you heard as many of them lately, as they squabble in their family groups? Sadly, House Sparrows are on the Red List too and could be in real trouble without urgent action.

The modern world is a tough place for wildlife, but together we can protect our birds and defend our nature.
