Manual doors. All one level with step-free entry and non-slip flat stone surface. Four seats with backs in visitor centre. Good lighting. Clear print materials.

Guided Walks
Two CCTV camera screens in visitor centre.
All round views from high points around reserve. Irish Sea, Isle of Man and Ireland viewable from parking outside entry gate. Viewing platform at foghorn overlooks seabird colonies.
Steep stairway to foghorn viewing platform; viewing area via ramp in lighthouse grounds.
Circular trail of approx 0.5 miles. Trail is uneven with a mixture of surfaces including rolled stone, tarmac, boardwalk and grass. Benches with backs provided.
School groups are welcome when the visitor centre is open and joint visits with the Mull of Galloway Trust are encouraged.

BBQs are a fire risk, endangering other people and the precious wildlife and habitats here. They are not permitted on the reserve at any time.
Restrictions
RSPB Scotland welcomes responsible access, in line with the Scottish Outdoor Access Code. During the ground-nesting bird breeding season (1 April to 15 August) and in areas with livestock, we would ask that you keep your dog on a short lead and clean up after them.
Assistance dogs are welcome in all parts of the reserve.
