Activity
Wild writing
In this activity, you’ll spend time in nature and let it spark your imagination. Use what you see, hear, smell and feel to inspire a piece of writing – it could be a poem, a song, a story, or a description of your experience.

Take some time to look, listen and experience the nature around you. Do you feel part of nature – connected to the natural world? What emotions do you feel? How would you describe them?
